*the prices are per apartment per day and include VAT. **between the 23.12.2021 and 4.1.2022 we have a minimum 5-nights-booking-limitation. In case of only one night stay the price is 30% higher. In the heat-season (15.11. – 15.04.) 5 € extra are charged for heating. For more than 8 nights stay we offer a 15% discount. 30 % of total amount must be paid upon reservation. The price contains: – bedding, towels – final cleaning – TV – 2 parking spots. Tourist tax: – adults 1,01€/guest/day – children (6-18let) 0,51€/guest/day – children till 6 years free of charge Check in: after 2 PM Check out: till 10 AM Option: breakfast 7€/person/day
